Catarratto Doc Sicilia, the Sicilian indigenous grape by antonomasia. The Catarratto is a white grape and the most cultivated in Sicily. When grown in the lava soils of Mt. Etna, however , it does not have the bitter aftertaste sometimes found in much of the Sicilian continent. Mineral, dry and intense aromas characterize this wine.
